Melania is an early career Environmental Consultant. She brings a strong understanding of environmental management both through education and the support received from more senior members of the team.

Melania has a pragmatic and practical approach to site-based compliance using problem solving and stakeholder liaison skills to achieve the most favourable outcome for all parties involved. 

She has extensive knowledge of biodiversity offsets and corporate nature-related risk disclosures from research in her Master’s degree.
