Elliot is an Environmental Project Manager and certified Exemplar Global Lead Auditor – Environmental Management Systems (EMS) with more than 12 years’ experience in approvals and post-approvals. He has managed small to large multidisciplinary environmental assessment and audit reports for delivery to a range of clients, both public and private. These projects range from approvals under Part 5, Division 5.1 of the EP&A Act to State significant projects under Part 5, Division 5.2 and Part 4 of the EP&A Act, including client and agency liaison, management of specialist studies, community and stakeholder consultation, monthly program and budget reporting, and EIS section writing. These projects are for a range of industries including property development, contaminated land remediation, mining and extractive industries, industrial facilities, and infrastructure (i.e. roads, bridges, rail, water and wastewater infrastructure).

In the post-approvals space, his experience includes delivering Environmental Management Representative (EMR) roles, environmental/EMS audits and management plan preparation, as well as leading audit teams considering compliance with relevant conditions of consent/approval, reporting to the NSW DPHI.
