Carmen is a senior environmental consultant with 10 years of experience in environmental management and sustainability. Her project work spans across multiple sectors including renewable energy, resources, infrastructure, and urban development. Carmen’s key skills and experience include third party environmental auditing, construction and operational regulatory compliance, tier one and tier two approvals, preparing environmental management plans, conducting environmental risk assessments, and developing and maintaining environmental management systems.

Carmen is recognised as an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, technical report writing expertise, proven leadership ability and strong technical knowledge. From project planning through to construction and operation, she has strong knowledge of New South Wales, Queensland and Commonwealth environmental legislation.

Carmen is an associate member of the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand (EIANZ) and has recently graduated with a Master of Environmental Management and Sustainability from the University of Newcastle.
